- Deluxe Site-(#52-57) Large Full Hookup sites on the Saco River. These sites offer beautiful views and direct river access!
- Premium Site-(#95-102,8-13) Extra Spacious Full Hookup sites. These sites could be a pull through or a back in.
- Standard Site-(All remaining Full Hookup Sites) These are spacious sites which could be a pull through or a back in.
- Alpine Hut- A small unfurnished lean-to like building great as a kitchen area or as a shelter in inclement weather.

Our pet Policy:
In order to allow all guests an enjoyable experience, the following pet rules are strictly applied toward our furry friends:
- All dogs must be quiet and friendly; not barking at other pets or people.
- All dogs must be on a short leash at ALL times and cleaned up after WHEREVER they go.
- No dog can be left unattended inside or outside of the camping unit.
- Dogs are not permitted on the playground, beach or near the pool area, office/store or bathhouses.
- Sorry, no Rottweilers, Dobermans or Pit Bulls.
